The Festive Season has arrived. It’s such a wonderful time of the year…it just feels different. The spirit of Christmas is in full swing at the club and our team are keenly keeping an eye out for their little Elf friend, who keeps showing up in the most unexpected places. Our Christmas Day menu has been carefully crafted to ensure you and your guests experience a true Christmas feast! Our Carving Station will feature the most succulent meats with a traditional flare. Apricot glazed ham; rolled turkey stuffed with pistachio and cranberry; slow braised lamb shoulder with rosemary; 12 hour slow roast marinated beef Angus rump; crispy skin pork belly with plum, fennel and sage relish…mouth-watering festive goodness, ready for you to just sit back, relax and enjoy!
But wait, there’s more! Yes, much, much more! It’s not Christmas in Australia without seafood, so you’ll enjoy cold cooked King prawns, oysters, smoked salmon, marinated baby octopus and a glorious hot dish featuring fresh Atlantic Salmon. Teamed with sides of remoulade, tartare sauce, Madras Aioli, the zing of lemons and limes, SalsaVerde and Mignonette sauce. Simply heaven!
Sides of traditional roasted vegetables each with their own deliciously creative twist. The usual suspects, kipfler potatoes, roast pumpkin, buttered beans wild mushrooms, Mediterranean vegetables, broccoli and cauliflower.
If roasted vegetables are for you, we still have not mentioned the salads! Classic Mediterranean style, pesto pasta salad and the ultimate garden salad…or you can create your own Caesar Salad with layers of your favourite ingredients. So many choices to make sure your Christmas feast is one to remember.
Who said dessert? OMGooodnesssss! If there’s any room left, you can truly indulge in traditional Christmas desserts like Christmas pudding with crème Anglaise or a tasty Christmas log. Then there’s cakes… soooo many cakes, all your favourites, slow baked lemon lime tart, chocolate mud cake, coconut lime cake, caramel fudge, baked blueberry cheesecake and of course there’s gluten free options…how on earth to choose?
